The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive cardiac test that provides 3D visualization of coronary arteries and blood flow assessment. Cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, the platform has been deployed across 500,000+ patient cases globally. As Senior Director of Program Management, you will lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of complex, high-stakes initiatives aligned with HeartFlow's long-term vision. You will need 10+ years of program/project management experience, including 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations. Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs in regulated industries (medical device, healthcare) is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is required; advanced degree is a plus. Critical competencies include: hybrid program management methodologies for complex, high-stakes programs; influence without authority to drive cross-functional alignment; executive communication (verbal, written, visual) tailored to audience; conflict resolution for interpersonal and technical deadlocks; strategic risk management with proactive dependency identification; executive presence when presenting to senior leadership; and adaptive leadership to pivot strategy in response to market or organizational shifts.
