Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, serving as one of the world's fastest-growing enterprise SaaS companies. As Senior Director of Professional Services, you will lead the strategy, growth, and delivery excellence of the Services practice across a sub-regional portfolio of customers. You will manage multiple high-performing teams, each consisting of 10+ Consultants and Project Managers, effectively running a business unit.
Your strategic responsibilities include creating and executing short-term (0-6 month) and mid-term (1-2 year) strategic plans for multiple verticals within the services practice, representing your sub-region in quarterly business reviews and strategic management forums. You will maintain accountability for the Services resource forecast, balancing cost, quality, and speed to ensure a highly efficient and healthy business unit. You will drive the development of Celonis delivery assets and solutions, defining service delivery strategies for new products and acting as a sub-regional sponsor for Global Programs.
On the delivery excellence front, you will serve as the Services Project Sponsor for your portfolio, performing ongoing health checks to govern scope, schedule, and budget, and acting as the primary point of escalation for critical project issues. You will drive a value-focused mindset across the team, ensuring every implementation delivers rapid, measurable ROI to solve business-critical challenges. You will own customer health and engage directly with customer stakeholders to mitigate risks and drive success initiatives.
Commercially, you will own the scoping and selling of Services deals, including complex or strategic engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to the Go-To-Market team. You will proactively review your customer portfolio to identify opportunities for Services expansion that drive further value and user adoption. You will build strategic relationships with key partners in the region to support co-delivery models and scaling modalities.
On the people side, you will recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse, high-performing team, providing expanded career mentorship focused on core consulting competencies such as stakeholder management and business acumen. You will identify high-potential individual contributors and effectively manage team performance, ensuring the optimal mix of skills and talent meets customer needs. You will foster an inclusive environment that encourages open feedback, resilience during change, and continuous professional growth.
