Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 / annual

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the full stack from energy to compute to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company is solving the AI compute bottleneck through an energy-first approach. You will report to the Senior Director of IT & Security and own the entire IT organization, spanning IT Service Desk, IT Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology functions. You are responsible for end-to-end IT operations, enterprise business systems, and infrastructure supporting office, manufacturing, and data center environments globally. Key responsibilities include: owning global IT operations and service delivery with defined SLAs and metrics; leading Service Desk, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology functions with Director-level direct reports; managing the enterprise systems portfolio including ERP, CRM, and supply chain platforms; defining and executing a multi-year enterprise technology roadmap; championing AI adoption across IT operations to automate workflows and increase team capacity; overseeing identity and access management (directory services, SSO, MFA, RBAC) and IT asset lifecycle; developing annual IT budgets and managing vendor performance; and directing IT buildouts for new locations with governance for change management and access controls. You bring 10+ years in IT operations and enterprise systems, with 5+ years leading multi-function IT or enterprise technology organizations. You have proven experience owning Service Desk, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology functions, extensive background implementing and managing ERP platforms at scale, and deep expertise in identity and access management, device management, endpoint platforms, and system integrations. You have a demonstrated track record building and scaling teams in high-growth environments, experience in manufacturing, construction, or data center environments, and familiarity with compliance-regulated environments (SOX, SOC 2). You possess strong operational acumen managing IT budgets and vendor relationships, executive presence for C-suite communication, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent. Bonus experience includes infrastructure/cloud/AI company background, technology modernization leadership, hybrid infrastructure environments, or an MBA.
