As Senior Director of Implementation, you will lead a critical function that differentiates Rippling in the market. Reporting to the VP of Implementation, you will build, mentor, and scale a high-performing leadership team responsible for customer onboarding, adoption, and success. Your scope includes hiring and developing managers and individual contributors, setting quarterly strategic plans aligned with business objectives, and driving key performance metrics around customer experience, value realization, adoption, and team productivity. Key responsibilities include: - Recruiting, mentoring, and growing teams to consistently exceed quarterly goals and targets - Building and executing quarterly plans tied to business strategy - Developing and monitoring KPIs across customer success, implementation velocity, and team performance - Applying data-driven approaches to optimize processes and workflows - Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product leadership to ensure seamless customer outcomes - Establishing best practices for implementation methodology and customer engagement - Managing budget and resource allocation for the implementation function You will work in a fast-growing, venture-backed environment where implementation is a core competitive advantage.
