Snowflake is seeking a Senior Delivery Director for Program Management to lead the Services Delivery Team. This strategic role oversees a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering world-class consulting and implementation services that accelerate customer adoption and drive business objectives on the Snowflake platform.
Key responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and leading a PM delivery team to meet customer goals while fostering high performance and ownership. You will develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with regional Services Delivery objectives, including revenue and consumption targets. The role requires creating accurate financial forecasts for revenue, utilization, backlog burndown, and hiring, and leading the team through large, complex engagements with executive-level stakeholder engagement.
You will standardize delivery processes across team members by reviewing proposals, conducting project reviews, and developing tools to maintain efficiency and quality. Driving customer satisfaction and delivery quality through post-engagement surveys is essential. Collaboration is critical—you'll work closely with Sales Account Teams, Services Delivery Leadership, Resource Management, and SI/Partner networks to understand customer needs and align delivery strategies.
Additionally, you will partner with Practice Directors and Resource Management on staffing and resource planning, develop Partner strategies to scale delivery, and work with the Go-to-Market team to identify new service offerings and participate in key sales pursuits. You'll draft and review Statements of Work, drive creation of repeatable industry-based solutions, and support scaling across verticals.
Required qualifications include 15+ years of Professional Services delivery experience with proven expertise building and leading large teams (25+) and managing P&L accountability for revenue, headcount, and utilization. Strong management consulting background, demonstrated PMO governance framework experience, and track record of building collaborative, high-impact teams are essential. You must have executive stakeholder presence, experience with consumption-based business models (on-premises and SaaS), and ability to forecast and achieve delivery metrics. Travel as needed.
