Salary: USD 110,000 - 137,000 / annual

The Deal Operations Analyst will join the Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Head of Deal Operations. This role is central to Postman's sales and customer success operations, managing the complete deal lifecycle from quote creation through bookings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating quotes and order forms for sales deals using Salesforce CPQ
- Reviewing and approving quote requests for qualified deals
- Processing and reviewing customer orders, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the order cycle
- Supporting internal and external customers with order booking and tracking
- Handling escalations and exception cases for booking requests
- Researching and resolving ARR calculation discrepancies
- Assisting with non-standard, custom, and complex deal structures
- Coordinating cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Renewals, Collections, and other teams
- Accurately entering deal information into Salesforce and conducting post-close audits
- Driving process improvements in order processing and deal operations
Required qualifications include hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash processes in Salesforce CPQ, back-office operations knowledge, and strong order processing expertise. Experience with contract lifecycle management tools like Ironclad, Conga, or similar platforms is preferred. The ideal candidate has demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Legal teams, strong Salesforce and Excel proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.
This role requires flexibility for month-end and quarter-end work, which may extend beyond standard business hours. The position demands strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, organizational excellence in managing competing priorities, and a collaborative, results-oriented mindset.
