Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Deal Operations Analyst to support the execution of complex commercial transactions across the NEMEA and SEMEA regions. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, Customer Success, and Business Systems, ensuring seamless Quote-to-Cash processes and operational excellence. You will review sales opportunities for operational readiness prior to order booking, validating product configurations, pricing, commercial terms, and booking requirements. You'll resolve operational issues impacting order execution, manage approval workflows, and support timely order processing. Working closely with Sales and Deal Desk throughout the sales cycle, you'll maintain high levels of order quality, accuracy, and compliance. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting Salesforce CPQ issues related to quoting, approvals, pricing, product configuration, and order processing. You'll investigate quote calculations, product rules, price rules, and approval workflow issues, partnering with Business Systems to implement scalable process and system improvements. You'll support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce and CPQ enhancements, develop knowledge articles, and identify opportunities to simplify quoting processes. You'll recommend improvements to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and operational workflows, contributing to automation initiatives and reporting improvements. You'll support quarter-end and year-end operational activities and serve as an operational advisor for complex commercial transactions. Required qualifications: 5+ years in Deal Operations, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations; experience supporting complex SaaS commercial transactions; strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes; hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and NetSuite ERP; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven cross-functional collaboration; continuous improvement mindset; and experience supporting critical quarter-end or year-end activities. Nice-to-have experience includes supporting global or multi-region commercial operations, contributing to Salesforce CPQ enhancements, knowledge of automation tools or process improvement methodologies, creating documentation and operational playbooks, familiarity with UAT and change management, and experience in high-growth SaaS organizations.
