Ripple is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Manager to support the intersection of Legal, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams in Chicago. This individual contributor role reports to Revenue Operations with close collaboration with Legal Counsel. The role focuses on contract lifecycle management (60% of time), including drafting, reviewing, and preparing commercial sales agreements (MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals) for vendors and enterprise customers. You'll manage end-to-end contract workflows in CMS, Linksquares, and Salesforce; coordinate approvals across Legal, Finance, and Sales; maintain contract repositories; and track contract metrics with regular reporting on status, turnaround times, and pipeline. Process improvement and implementation (25%) involves managing contract playbooks, maintaining and updating templates to reflect business and legal requirements, and identifying bottlenecks to improve efficiency. Stakeholder management and support (15%) positions you as the central point of contact for Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams on contract questions. You'll provide rapid support to sales requests, deliver visibility into contract status and timelines, educate sales teams on terms and processes, and escalate complex issues to legal counsel. Required qualifications include 5+ years in contracts management, legal operations, sales operations, or related commercial contracting roles. You need SaaS contract experience with familiarity of enterprise software agreements (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, DPAs). Technical proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems (Linksquares preferred), Salesforce CRM, and AI automation tools is essential. Strong process orientation, legal aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and collaborative communication skills across cross-functional teams are critical. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Highly valued experience includes corporate treasury, financial services, fintech/digital asset industry background; global commercial contracting across multiple jurisdictions; high-velocity enterprise sales environments; building or scaling contracting functions; and legal operations or paralegal background.
