Based remotely in the United Kingdom, you will report to the Director of Deal Desk and serve as a strategic advisor to the Central European sales team across DACH, Benelux, and CEE regions.

You will co-own the European Deal Desk playbook, approval automation rules, and escalation matrix while developing enablement programs for regional sales teams on commercial best practices.

You have advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and enterprise CPQ systems (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub), strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial modeling, and deep understanding of SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15), complex European multi-year contracting, local tax/billing nuances, and enterprise pricing models. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in English are essential; German language skills are a strong plus.
