Vercel is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Revenue Operations function, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk. This is a high-impact role at the center of deal structuring, pricing, and closing globally, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
You will own the quote-to-contract execution cycle for Vercel's global sales team while building systems, processes, and playbooks that scale the Deal Desk function. As the organization experiences rapid growth, you'll shape the function rather than inherit it—bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing deal execution, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Deal Management: Own day-to-day deal review and closing processes end-to-end, including deal approvals, structuring, and quote configuration in Vercel's CPQ system, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Commercialization & Execution: Drive deal execution in partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design and optimize sales and deal processes for new pricing, packaging, and product launches.
• Trusted Advisor: Serve as subject-matter expert for Sales, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment.
• Revenue Integrity: Act as gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Insights & Enablement: Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase velocity and reduce risk.
• Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
Required: 4+ years in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or Revenue/Sales Operations in technology. Proven ability to partner with Sales and cross-functional teams on complex deals. Strong project management and process improvement experience. Collaborative team player with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Nice to have: Salesforce CPQ or comparable platform experience. Track record using AI or automation to improve workflows.
The role is hybrid with anchor days Monday, Tuesday, Friday if within commuting distance of SF or NY offices; otherwise fully remote. Primary focus on Pacific Standard Time.
