As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you'll be a core member of the global sales operations team, bridging deal execution and strategic pricing. This hybrid London-based role splits roughly 50/50 between operational execution and deal strategy work.
Deal Operations responsibilities include reviewing and validating customer orders for accuracy and compliance, managing Salesforce opportunity workflows and quoting processes, and triaging a deal operations ticketing queue. You'll serve as frontline support for SFDC and CPQ questions from sales reps, partner with the deal desk on pricing approvals and contract structures, and contribute to CRM/CPQ enhancements including requirements gathering, UAT support, and workflow rollouts.
On the deal strategy side, you'll structure and price complex deals alongside GTM account teams, build scenario-based pricing models (usage projections, ARR impact, credit sizing) using product telemetry, and escalate deal approvals through leadership. You'll also contribute to sales enablement through documentation and training, and identify process inefficiencies to surface improvement recommendations.
You bring 2-4+ years in deal desk, sales ops, revenue ops, or financial analysis. You're detail-oriented, comfortable with complex deal structures, and skilled at communicating across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. You have working knowledge of Salesforce (opportunities, quoting), exposure to CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Ironclad CLM), and experience with ticketing systems. You're proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for pricing models and scenario analysis, familiar with consumption/usage-based pricing, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to drive efficiencies. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments where processes are still being defined.
