OneTrust is hiring a Senior Quantitative UX Researcher to establish measurement maturity across the company's governance platform, which serves thousands of organizations worldwide. The platform supports complex, regulated workflows in privacy, consent, risk, and AI governance.
You will be the first quantitative research role on an expanded UX Research team, responsible for making measurement defensible and actionable. Your core mission is to define how user experience is measured across a complex enterprise platform, build survey and behavioral measurement systems that answer real roadmap questions, and partner with designers and mixed-methods researchers to deliver findings with both scale and qualitative depth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and execute quantitative studies: benchmarking, segmentation, driver analysis, prioritization research, unmoderated testing at scale, and longitudinal tracking
- Apply appropriate statistical methods and clearly communicate where data cannot support desired conclusions
- Contribute quantitative evidence to reports and planning inputs
- Use storytelling and data visualization to present findings to product teams, UX, and R&D leadership
- Build and evolve the metrics and continuous customer sentiment approach: sampling, instrument design, coding taxonomy, reporting cadence, and reconciliation between raw data and BI reporting
- Integrate behavioral telemetry, survey data, and business signals (adoption, churn reasons, support volume) into a coherent view of experience health
- Audit existing instrumentation and survey coding for validity; frame findings as evidence-backed rather than initiatives
- Diagnose the difference between real behavior change and measurement artifacts; build checks to catch issues in future analyses
OneTrust's mission is to enable innovation through responsible use of data and AI. The company is redefining governance for the AI era, unifying regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected workflows so businesses can move at the speed of AI while maintaining good governance.
The company embraces an office-first culture with expectations of three days per week in office for most roles, though specific requirements may vary by position.
Requirements:
- Graduate training in a quantitative social science, HCI, statistics, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in quantitative research design and statistical analysis
- Experience with survey methodology, behavioral measurement, and data interpretation
- Ability to communicate complex statistical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with product and design teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment is strongly preferred
