Eleos Health is building a behavioral health CareOps automation platform that transforms patient-therapist conversations into actionable documentation and intelligence. The platform uses cutting-edge AI to digitize conversations, track evidence-based care, and reduce administrative burden for clinicians.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead analysis of tens of thousands of patient-therapist conversations, working closely with leadership, product, and clinical experts to derive insights that directly improve therapy outcomes. You'll spearhead end-to-end AI projects that impact the wellbeing of thousands of people, from research through production deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead data science projects with direct influence on the work of thousands of psychologists, psychiatrists, and caregivers
- Develop end-to-end AI solutions from research phase through production
- Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies into products
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members
- Play a critical role in product design

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of proven industry experience as a data scientist
- 3+ years of production-grade Python coding
- Proven experience developing and delivering end-to-end AI models (data cleaning, feature engineering, algorithm development, production implementation)
- Experience with NLP, LLM applications, and Generative AI
- Advantage: Speech & Audio domain experience (speech-to-text, speaker separation, diarization, speaker identification)
- Advantage: Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Advantage: Startup experience
- Advantage: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related field
