Achievers is seeking a Manager of Performance Intelligence to lead the Marketplace analytics function and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will own the complete performance management lifecycle for the Marketplace business unit. This includes defining KPIs, targets and benchmarks; synthesizing financial, customer and operational evidence into clear recommendations; and owning the performance narrative for executive operating reviews. You'll distinguish temporary variance from structural change, interpret global trends in member behavior and redemption patterns, and surface emerging risks before they become material. On the analytical side, you'll lead cross-functional analyses on commercially material questions where the problem, data or methodology is initially unclear. You'll evaluate customer, member, vendor and product trade-offs, develop decision-ready presentations, and apply domain expertise in eCommerce, incentives and marketplace dynamics to identify gaps and opportunities. You'll also own the analytics strategy and scaling agenda: governance of analytics intake and prioritization, definition of data and technology needs with BI and Product teams, clarification of feature instrumentation and outcome measurement, and prioritization of automation and self-service capabilities. You'll build metric literacy across the organization, ensure analytical practices meet data governance and privacy requirements, and govern material analytics initiatives from problem definition through delivery and outcome assessment. Finally, you'll lead a team of operational analysts and embedded FP&A partners. You'll coach and develop talent, delegate by expertise, hold the team accountable for timely and decision-useful work, establish strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices, and create a culture that encourages constructive challenge and learning. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business performance, eCommerce, retail or related environment - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business or related field, or equivalent practical experience - Experience leading analysts and cross-disciplinary teams, including coaching, performance management and development - Demonstrated ability to structure and execute complex analysis where the question, data or methodology is unclear - Strong SQL and BI fluency; experience interrogating complex datasets and reviewing analytical logic and methods - Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, Amplitude, R, Python or Microsoft Power Platform - Experience with statistical methods, predictive modelling, experimentation or AI-enabled analytics - Strong financial and commercial fluency; ability to connect customer and operating behavior to business decisions - Experience defining KPI frameworks, analytical standards, data needs and scalable reporting capabilities - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; experience advising senior executives - Proven ability to influence across Finance, Product, Engineering, BI, Customer Success and Operations - Independent, practical and solution-oriented judgment; ability to balance analytical depth, pace and business value - Experience in rewards, recognition, loyalty, incentives, marketplaces or global catalogue environments is an asset
