Rhoda AI is building the next generation of generalist intelligent robots with a complete robotics stack spanning high-performance hardware, robot systems, infrastructure, and foundation world models. The company has raised over $450M and is scaling aggressively across model research, infrastructure, hardware development, and manufacturing.
As Senior Data Project Manager, you will serve as the technical bridge between Research/Engineering and Data Operations, translating data requirements into executable, scalable programs. You'll own the full lifecycle of data programs from pilot through scale-up, production, and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating data requirements into detailed executable plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines
- Driving programs through all phases: pilot, scale-up, production, and delivery
- Coordinating across Research, Hardware, Software, Data Infrastructure, and Operations teams, including vendor dependencies
- Owning program schedules, dependencies, risks, blockers, and escalation paths
- Creating single sources of truth through dashboards, documentation, and operating cadences
- Building scalable processes for how Research, Engineering, and Operations collaborate
- Investigating technical and operational details including data quality issues, hardware readiness, and cross-functional bottlenecks
- Ensuring data programs deliver on time, at required quality levels, and at required scale
You'll need 5+ years leading complex technical programs across engineering/R&D and operations, with strong technical literacy in hardware, software, data systems, or robotics. Experience bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-changing programs is essential. You should demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive execution without direct authority. A hands-on mindset and comfort investigating details rather than only managing schedules is critical. Robotics, autonomous vehicle, AI data, or hardware-software systems experience is preferred.
