Midnite is a next-generation sports betting and gaming platform with over 400,000 players. The company operates at pace with high ownership, constant iteration, and fast execution.
You will join as a commercially minded Senior Data Analyst responsible for turning business questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations. Your core responsibilities include:
• Transform ambiguous business questions into clear briefs and analytical recommendations that drive impact across Product, Growth, Casino, Sportsbook, Commercial, and Trading teams
• Design and build impactful self-serve dashboards in Omni, establishing and raising dashboard standards across the analytics team
• Create self-serve tools that enable stakeholders to explore data independently, reducing dependency on analyst support
• Support strategic analytics projects spanning customer intelligence, experimentation, and market expansion
• Partner closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities
• Communicate findings clearly to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to raising analytical maturity as Midnite scales into new markets
This is a broad analytics role requiring strong BI craft and commercial acumen. You'll work in a high-performance, fast-moving environment where you can shape meaningful outcomes and influence how analytics supports decision-making at scale.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of data analytics experience with advanced SQL and strong analytical problem-solving capability
• Strong BI experience, ideally with Omni or Looker; ability to take dashboards from stakeholder discovery through launch and iteration
• Commercially minded, curious, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to independently structure analysis, tell clear data stories, and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
• Pragmatic, collaborative, and outcome-oriented problem-solving approach
• Betting or gaming industry experience strongly preferred
• Bonus skills: dbt or analytics engineering exposure, conversational analytics, Python
