Veeam is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to drive long-term technical outcomes for enterprise and commercial customers on the Veeam Data Platform. This is a mid-to-senior individual contributor role focused on customer adoption, resilience, and expansion. You will own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap for 5–50 named accounts with $100K+ ARR. Key responsibilities include: configuring customer accounts and backup policies; leading onboarding and adoption initiatives; conducting disaster recovery assessments and recovery simulations; applying the Veeam Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM) to track and report resilience posture; identifying churn risk and migration opportunities; building business cases and TCO analyses; engaging CISO/CIO stakeholders with risk and opportunity updates; and collaborating on expansion and renewal strategy with Sales and CS leadership. You'll combine technical expertise in backup, disaster recovery, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms with strong stakeholder management and business acumen. You'll translate customer business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps, conduct quarterly resilience reviews, and drive measurable value through protection plan design, migrations, and recovery simulations. Required: 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales SE, Technical Account Manager) focused on data backup and recovery. VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire). Advanced English proficiency. Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting/automation, cloud platforms, and DR&R best practices. Preferred: AWS Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure certifications. Strong executive communication skills and ability to synthesize technical, business, and risk signals.
