Datadog is seeking a Senior Curriculum Manager for Sales Enablement to design, deploy, and scale global sales enablement programs for Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enablement Curriculum, you will work cross-functionally to identify business needs and build best-in-class learning experiences that drive revenue outcomes. Key responsibilities include owning curriculum strategy for Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales globally, aligning enablement investments to revenue priorities. You will build and maintain role-specific learning journeys including onboarding, everboarding, and on-demand resources for Account Executives and leadership teams. You'll develop high-quality enablement content—slide decks, facilitator guides, eLearning modules, and job aids—grounded in instructional design and adult learning principles. You will partner directly with senior Sales and GTM leaders to define enablement priorities, create and execute project plans balancing impact with velocity, and design measurement frameworks connecting enablement programs to sales performance metrics and business outcomes. The role requires blending instructional design expertise, sales acumen, and data-driven decision-making. Required experience includes 6-8 years in Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales, Revenue Operations, or similar roles. You should demonstrate ability to design clean, intuitive learning materials across modalities (instructor-led, eLearning, simulations), own projects delivering quality on tight timeframes, and have a track record of training content with measurable impact. Understanding of sales processes in high-velocity environments, stakeholder relationship management within go-to-market organizations, and data-informed decision-making are essential. Bonus qualifications include sales, sales development, or sales operations background; experience at high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies; familiarity with LMS, CRM, or BI tools; and knowledge of DevOps or cloud technologies. Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace and values diverse backgrounds, encouraging applications from those passionate about technology and growth.
