RiverBank, a fast-growing Luxembourg-based financial services company, is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join its Structured Loans Department. The department focuses on building and maintaining a strong-performing portfolio of loans to SMEs and real estate companies across Europe.
You will be a key member of the credit team, working closely with origination, sales, and legal teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and presenting credit cases to the Credit Committee, supporting the evaluation of new deal opportunities, and actively participating in borrower negotiations and relationship management. You will review loan documentation with the legal team, draft term sheets and engagement letters, and monitor borrower performance using digital technology to anticipate credit deterioration. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing portfolio and borrower company monitoring.

**Requirements:**
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a similar role at a bank or private debt fund
- Knowledge of loan products and/or bonds and Dutch law
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent numerical and financial modeling skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (knowledge of an additional language is an asset)
- Result-driven mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
