Braze is seeking a Senior Creative Operations Lead for the Brand team to own and evolve the end-to-end creative operations model. This role operates as a highly senior individual contributor and strategic operator, serving as a trusted partner to Creative Directors and Marketing leadership. Key responsibilities include designing and improving intake, briefing, resourcing, prioritization, and delivery processes for creative work spanning campaigns, content, events, video, and evergreen production at global scale. You will serve as the senior point of accountability for how work flows across creative, production, and execution teams, driving cross-Marketing alignment on operating models and expectations. You will partner with creative leadership to forecast workload, capacity, and resourcing needs, balancing internal teams, freelance support, and agency partners. You'll set clear expectations around scope, timelines, and delivery while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs. The role requires navigating ambiguity and competing priorities with confidence, diplomacy, and decisiveness. Operationally, you will own and optimize Asana workflows, templates, SLAs, and reporting across Brand. You'll build scalable operational playbooks for campaigns, events, video, and always-on production, identifying and implementing tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, quality, or visibility. You'll also oversee creative budgets, vendor spend, and forecasting in partnership with Finance, leading agency onboarding and procurement while ensuring financial rigor and transparency. The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in creative project management, creative operations, or production management, with proven experience leading operations for in-house creative or brand teams. You are deeply fluent in creative workflows across brand, campaigns, video, motion, and events. You influence without direct authority through trust, clarity, and consistency, bringing structure and calm to high-volume, high-visibility creative ecosystems. You think in systems rather than tasks, design processes that scale, and balance strategic foresight with strong executional follow-through.
