Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 / annual

Vi is seeking a Senior Counsel to support the General Counsel across three core areas: corporate governance for the Israeli parent company, corporate and equity matters across the group, and commercial contracting. This is a hands-on role requiring a business-minded lawyer comfortable with both Israeli and US legal practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating customer and commercial contracting
- Supporting financing, M&A, and corporate transactions
- Providing hands-on legal advice across the full range of the company's legal matters
- Acting as a key legal partner across the business
The role reports directly to the General Counsel and requires someone who can operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions and legal domains, balancing strategic guidance with practical execution.
Requirements:
- Comfort and competency with both Israeli and US legal practice
- Experience in corporate governance, corporate and equity matters, and commercial contracting
- Business-minded approach to legal problem-solving
- Ability to work hands-on across a range of legal matters
