As a Senior Consulting Engineer, you will lead and execute complex consulting projects for enterprise clients, working closely with them to understand business needs, design innovative solutions, and provide technical expertise across a range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and challenges
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Design and architect innovative solutions to address client needs, utilizing a range of technologies and platforms
- Provide hands-on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for client projects
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior consulting engineers within the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide proactive recommendations to clients
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops for clients
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Consulting Engineer or in a similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Strong understanding of a variety of technologies, including networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting in client environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technical solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
