Kurtosys is a platform trusted by leading asset and wealth managers for sales, marketing, and client reporting. The company solves mission-critical data accuracy and reporting challenges at global scale. You'll join the Investment Reporting implementation team as a Senior Consultant, owning client engagements end-to-end. Your core responsibility is transforming loosely defined business problems into live, automated reporting solutions on the Kurtosys platform. You'll lead discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders, translate ambiguous requirements into validated scope, and shepherd projects through delivery. You'll also review and mentor junior consultants, taking accountability for their work. Key responsibilities include: managing senior client stakeholders directly, aligning conflicting priorities with diplomacy, serving as first escalation point on projects, analyzing and validating client datasets (CSV, XLSX, XML, JSON), writing complex SQL queries, configuring RESTful API integrations, contributing to solution design, coaching junior team members, and identifying process improvements. You'll need a minimum of 4 years delivering end-to-end software or SaaS implementations, with strong SQL proficiency (complex queries, performance optimization, data validation, troubleshooting). You must be comfortable with CSV/XML/JSON data formats, RESTful APIs, and Agile/full SDLC methodologies. A consulting or solutions-delivery background is essential. Financial services exposure—particularly asset management, wealth management, or fund administration—is strongly preferred. The role offers senior-band compensation, autonomy to own engagements fully, exposure to some of the industry's hardest reporting problems with global asset managers, and a leadership team that promotes from within. Benefits include 20 days paid leave, group risk cover, wellbeing programs, flexible hours, relaxed office culture, and structured learning access. There's room to develop either deep technical expertise or into leadership roles.
