Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 / annual
Arkestro is a hyper-growth Series A startup building a Predictive Procurement Platform that applies AI, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise negotiations. The platform helps procurement teams move away from reactive supplier bidding toward data-driven offers that reduce friction and uncover savings.
As a Senior Consultant in Professional Services, you will be a key member of the services organization, responsible for delivering exceptional implementation and consulting services to enterprise customers. You will work directly with customers to understand their unique procurement needs, design solutions tailored to their processes, and ensure seamless transitions to the Arkestro platform.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Implementing the Arkestro system within customer procurement processes, working closely with project teams and stakeholders
- Analyzing and evaluating existing customer procurement processes and templates to map them effectively to the Arkestro solution
- Leveraging functional, technical, and product expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions
- Leading cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans and drive them to successful completion
- Partnering with business and IT teams to identify system improvements, enhancements, and process innovations
- Serving as the primary point of contact for sustaining issues, product enhancements, and change requests
- Providing training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer on solution functionality, development, and testing methodologies
- Acting as the voice of the customer within Arkestro, advocating for customer requirements and guiding them toward best-in-class solutions
This role requires a problem-solving mindset, the ability to work through ambiguity, and a commitment to customer success. You will be expected to travel 35% or more of the time for customer engagements and on-site work. The ideal candidate is passionate about disruptive technology, comfortable with startup dynamics, and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure customer success.
**Requirements:**
- US-based (required)
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an implementation consultant, business analyst, or project manager, including both onsite and remote customer work
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Ability to resolve complex problems requiring innovative and creative approaches
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
- Resilience in changing environments with strong prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail with sound judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
- Passion for working with disruptive technology and helping customers succeed
- Willingness to travel 35% or more
- Ideally, procurement experience with relevant processes, tools, and systems landscape knowledge
