Oula Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Manager to lead operations across its Norwalk and Greenwich clinics in Connecticut. This role combines hands-on clinic leadership with enterprise-wide operational responsibility, making it ideal for an experienced operations professional ready to scale impact across a growing healthcare organization.
In your primary clinic, you will manage day-to-day operations, recruit and develop frontline staff, and ensure exceptional patient and team experiences. You'll oversee facilities, inventory, vendor relationships, and work closely with clinical leadership on scheduling and staffing. You'll monitor performance metrics around patient satisfaction, financial stability, and team engagement, proactively identifying and resolving operational risks.
Beyond your home clinic, you'll serve as an operational leader across the organization. You'll mentor fellow Clinic Operations Managers, share best practices, support onboarding of new managers, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability and consistency. You'll participate in pilot programs for new workflows and technologies, develop standard operating procedures, and provide temporary coverage or leadership support as needed.
Key responsibilities include fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring healthcare compliance and accreditation standards, resolving urgent operational issues, and representing clinic operations on organizational project teams. You'll influence without direct authority, building strong partnerships across clinical, operational, and support functions.
Oula delivers comprehensive maternity care—preconception through postpartum and gynecology—with a focus on better outcomes (fewer C-sections, higher VBAC success rates). The company has expanded from launch in 2021 to four clinics across the tri-state area, with three new clinics opening in 2026. This is an opportunity to help set a new standard in maternity care while building operational excellence in a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare organization.
