Octus is a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics serving hedge funds, investment banks, management consulting firms, and law firms since 2013. The Senior Client Support Specialist will be the primary support resource for the Sky Road Product Suite, a sophisticated trade and order management platform.
In this role, you will own the client experience across multiple dimensions: supporting existing client trade workflows and templates, onboarding new client funds and their associated workflows, managing client permission models and roles, configuring application layouts, and troubleshooting daily support issues. You will work closely with the Sky Road COO to document and enhance support processes, ensuring consistency across all Sky Road modules and clients.
Key responsibilities include supporting trade workflows and permission models, onboarding new clients and their configurations, documenting workflows and permission matrices, maintaining application layout consistency, escalating technical issues to the development team, and coordinating with project managers on client onboarding initiatives. You will be the bridge between clients and the technology team (front-end, server-side, and data developers), ensuring client success through clear communication and deep product knowledge.
Required qualifications include prior support experience, familiarity with trade and order management systems, understanding of financial data domains (issuers, instruments, industries, ratings, pricing), strong Excel skills including data joining and pivoting, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and team collaboration experience. Desired experience includes portfolio management, compliance and security master systems, and vendor software product support.
