As a Senior Client Experience Associate, you will be a key relationship manager delivering world-class wealth management experiences for Farther advisors and clients. You'll execute financial operations flawlessly across advisor onboarding, client onboarding, ongoing requests, and complex needs. This role bridges client-facing service with internal product and engineering teams to continuously improve the wealth management platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing advisor and client relationships by providing timely, accurate responses via email, phone, and other channels
- Assisting with account opening, transfers, and ongoing tasks while liaising with custodians to confirm request completion
- Proactively monitoring client accounts and addressing issues as they arise
- Identifying operational improvements and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to implement changes
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with advisors, custodians, and third-party vendors
You bring 6+ years of client-facing experience in financial services, strong communication skills, and expertise with custodial platforms, wealth management systems, and CRM tools. You're highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at prioritizing competing tasks. Bonus qualifications include knowledge of SMAs, alternative investments, and a passion for operational efficiency.
