Savvy is a Series B fintech company reinventing wealth management for independent financial advisors. The company operates as a registered investment advisor (RIA) that provides advisors with a modern, AI-native platform, back-office support, and client services—allowing advisors to focus on growth while Savvy handles operations. With 150+ employees, 500%+ YoY growth, and $105M in funding from top-tier investors, Savvy is scaling rapidly.
As Senior Client Associate, you'll be a critical operational partner to multiple financial advisors, ensuring their clients receive exceptional day-to-day support. You'll own the full client lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding through ongoing account management, transaction execution, billing, and performance reporting. Your responsibilities include:
• Deliver exceptional client service and foster long-term relationships with advisor clients
• Execute all client requests, inquiries, and administrative tasks with precision and timeliness
• Streamline new client prospecting, closing, and onboarding workflows (meeting prep, documentation, account creation, transfers)
• Execute investment transactions and manage account billing and performance reporting
• Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce and other systems
• Collaborate with external professionals (CPAs, estate attorneys, insurance agents, business managers)
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and procedures
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal procedures and advisor/client experience
You'll work closely with Product and Operations teams to shape Savvy's roadmap and help build out the client servicing function as an early team member.
Required: 2+ years in a similar role at an RIA or broker-dealer with direct client and advisor interaction. You're detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter with strong communication skills, and proficient in Google Suite and MS Office. You can juggle multiple priorities and quickly adopt new technologies.
Nice-to-have: Series 7/66/65 licenses, finance/economics degree, advanced designations (CFP, CPA, CFA), Salesforce experience, or custodian platform familiarity (Fidelity, Schwab, Pershing).
