Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior C# Developer to lead the engineering team for Veeam Backup for Office 365. This role combines hands-on technical development with team leadership and operational oversight.
You will supervise the team's day-to-day operations, analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with product management, and develop new product features with a current focus on backend systems. Your responsibilities include estimating effort and capacity for feature implementation, making technical decisions, leading code reviews, and fostering a positive team environment that prioritizes learning and motivation. You will also communicate with project stakeholders and establish team processes including planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
The tech stack centers on modern C# and .NET 10, with some C++ and C++/CLI work. You'll work with REST APIs, PowerShell, Visual Studio, Rider, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and TeamCity. The platform integrates with Azure, Office 365, Amazon, Google Cloud, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, and PostgreSQL.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of software development in commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control, and responsibility
- Result-oriented, proactive approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Technical mindset with great attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams
