Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior C# Developer to join the team building internal developer tools and platforms. You will own the full lifecycle of development automation tooling—from identifying problems reported by engineers through to production release.
In this role, you will build and extend web services within Veeam's internal developer platform, working on tooling designed to automate development processes and improve quality. You'll work with C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET, and Azure DevOps, taking ownership of changes end-to-end and breaking large projects into independently shippable increments.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Deep understanding of C#, .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms
- Knowledge of software design principles: object-oriented design, domain-oriented architecture
- Ability to establish and maintain automated quality control (tests, analyzers, CI gates)
- Ability to split large projects into small, independently shippable increments
- Ability to judge design and implementation quality in code review and explain reasoning
- English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams
BONUS SKILLS:
- Experience leading a technical initiative from idea to production
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and CI/CD
- Willingness to learn new technologies, accept challenges, and grow as an individual contributor
