In this pivotal role, you will architect and optimize scalable business processes and system integrations across financial systems, supply chain, and customer-facing platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic system roadmaps aligned with business goals, design and deploy advanced workflows in enterprise platforms like NetSuite, Coupa, Stripe, and Chargebee, and manage complex integrations using iPaaS tools such as Workato and Mulesoft.
Key responsibilities include: leading the evaluation and implementation of tools and systems across the business; managing integrations and automating processes to ensure seamless data flow; ensuring SOX compliance through robust internal controls and system audits; troubleshooting complex issues; mentoring team members; and delivering actionable insights through advanced reporting and dashboards.

You have strong expertise in Finance technology stacks including NetSuite, Coupa, Supply Chain, Asset Management, and Billing systems. You'll identify high-impact automation opportunities and translate them into scalable AI-driven implementations across finance and enterprise systems.
Additional qualifications include strong knowledge of ITGCs and SOX compliance, excellent communication skills to collaborate across all organizational levels, and the ability to present complex technical solutions clearly. Certifications in relevant platforms (NetSuite Administrator, iPaaS) and experience with system customization tools like SuiteScript are strongly preferred.
