Justworks is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the People Systems team. In this role, you will be the key technical resource for the organization's HR systems, supporting the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Workday across all functional areas including Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Talent & Performance.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Key responsibilities include supporting system upgrades and enhancements, identifying and resolving process issues, and driving innovation through process improvements and automation. You'll manage data integrity through custom audits, ensure compliance, and serve as a subject matter expert for Workday functionality.
The role requires strong communication skills to train end-users and the People Team on new or enhanced system functionality. You will evaluate emerging HRIS technologies and trends, recommend alternative approaches to meet business needs, and help streamline workflows through technology and automation tools. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering outstanding employee experiences and supporting Justworks' growth through robust HR systems and processes.
