Slide Insurance seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to partner with business and technology teams on Salesforce enhancements, automation, integrations, and process improvements across Sales, Agency Operations, Marketing, and other functions. You will own requirements from discovery through delivery, ensuring Salesforce solutions solve the right business problems and create measurable value.
Key responsibilities include leading requirements gathering and translating business needs into user stories, process flows, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. You'll partner with Salesforce developers, business stakeholders, QA, Operations, and Production Support to clarify requirements and deliver effective solutions. You'll analyze current Salesforce processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and system optimization, and support solutions from initial discovery through testing, release, and post-production support.
In an Agile environment, you'll participate in ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. You'll serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of business needs, priorities, and expected outcomes. You'll support user acceptance testing, requirements traceability, defect resolution, and production releases while communicating dependencies, risks, decisions, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
You'll drive Salesforce enhancement initiatives that improve business processes and user experience, support process automation and system optimization efforts, assist with Salesforce integrations and strategic CRM roadmap initiatives, and evaluate business needs to recommend practical Salesforce solutions that support operational efficiency and business growth.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or related field (or high school diploma with equivalent work experience); 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience with hands-on ownership of requirements and solution delivery; 3+ years of Salesforce experience supporting enhancements, implementations, integrations, or process improvements; 4+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience; strong requirements gathering, user story, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and Agile delivery skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication; hands-on, ownership-oriented approach; proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred: Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud experience; Salesforce certifications.
