Apollo.io is a leading go-to-market platform trusted by over 500,000 companies globally. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst focused on GTM (Go-To-Market), you will partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to optimize Apollo's revenue processes through aligned systems and actionable data.
You will own Salesforce architecture and process design across the GTM funnel, serving as the systems subject matter expert for your assigned domain (TOFU: Marketing/Partnerships, MOFU: Sales/Success/Onboarding, or BOFU: Internal Tools/BI). Key responsibilities include:
• Build and maintain a comprehensive systems architecture map and process flow diagrams as a single source of truth for GTM operations
• Own keep-the-lights-on work and incremental improvements; lead bi-weekly alignment and backlog grooming sessions
• Partner with Sales leadership to streamline renewal processes, including opportunity stages, page layouts, and configurations
• Make critical architecture decisions on platform events vs. custom objects, field mappings, and system impacts
• Collaborate with GTM Systems engineers on AI-driven initiatives such as automated call coaching, deal scoring, and AI-assisted CRM data capture
• Support design, build, testing, and rollout of next-generation quote-to-cash infrastructure for pre-IPO scale
• Own Salesforce administration end-to-end: automation (flows, Apex, LWC), user/profile/role management, page layouts, custom fields/objects, record types, and data operations
• Implement and administer Salesforce-integrated tools (e.g., Chili Piper, Ironclad, Gong); promote best practices and adoption
• Maintain functional and technical documentation
You will operate as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and technical delivery, owning architecture decisions rather than executing against a spec.
