Intuit is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workforce Technology Solutions in Customer Success Modern Operations. This role operates at the intersection of IT and business systems analysis, serving as the single-threaded owner for end-to-end technology processes, releases, and enablement across Intuit's global partner ecosystem.
You will act as a strategic gatekeeper overseeing technology changes, approving rollouts, and ensuring consistent, high-quality technology experiences for thousands of experts worldwide. The position bridges Intuit Technology teams with Global Partner Operations, replacing fragmented oversight with a scalable governance framework that minimizes operational disruption, ensures compliance, and enables confident, coordinated releases.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, IT product managers, and business partners to define long-term capability strategies; analyzing complex business problems through process automation and strategic analysis; leading development and implementation of partner technology compliance frameworks; and moving fluidly between high-level strategy and execution. You'll lead business process reengineering efforts, support translation of strategic plans into prioritized initiatives, and demonstrate adaptability amid uncertainty and aggressive deadlines.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on IT operations experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. Strong troubleshooting and architectural expertise across enterprise systems and integrations, with preferred experience in VDI/CloudPC, SSO/Identity Management (PingID), and Contact Center technologies (Amazon Connect). Demonstrated ability to understand operating systems holistically and visualize end-to-end partner journeys. Proven experience leading technology program portfolios, balancing operational stability with innovation. Experience with Business Process Reengineering principles from planning through post-implementation. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data and analytics tools. Ability to operate effectively in matrixed environments, influencing without authority. Undergraduate degree in business, technical, or science discipline required; advanced degree (MIS, Master's in Computer Science) preferred.
