Intuit is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to join the Intuit India Strategy & Operations (IIOS) team in Bengaluru. This is a strategic individual contributor role focused on driving transformative programs across the India site.
You will serve as a strategic partner to executive leaders, working across Product, Engineering, and Functional Groups to translate high-level strategy into tangible outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
**Strategy & Execution**: Connect organizational strategy to project-level execution, drive operating rhythm at program level, and monitor performance against key drivers. Lead strategic initiatives with end-to-end ownership—identifying priorities, building teams, and managing progress and risks.
**Problem-Solving & Analytics**: Frame strategic questions and design experiments to identify solutions independently. Develop high-quality plans with clear milestones and success measures. Analyze data to drive insights and actions that improve efficiency.
**Change Leadership**: Establish credibility and trust across teams to lead change with velocity. Communicate a compelling case for change to influence stakeholders and drive collective action.
**Communications & Program Management**: Lead end-to-end program management for high-stakes brand and communication initiatives. Design and manage consistent cadence for brand and comms programs. Develop integrated frameworks to translate complex strategic narratives into scalable "stories of impact." Implement rigorous tracking of campaign performance using data to manage risks.
**Required Qualifications**: 6–8 years in high-impact roles (strategy/business operations in tech or top-tier management consulting with implementation focus). Exceptional structured problem-solving and business acumen. "Extreme ownership" mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior leaders. Ability to quickly ramp up in new business domains. Strong academic record; MBA or equivalent from nationally recognized institution preferred, with software engineering background a plus.
**Key Skills**: Strategic communication and storytelling for C-suite audiences. Proven ability to develop and scale integrated strategic communications plans. Strong project management with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Data-driven mindset. Proactive toward AI-powered communication tools. Experience in global, matrix organizations highly desirable.
