ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to support planning and lead execution of global and regional operational and integrated audits spanning business operational controls, IT general controls, and application controls. Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit Management, you will play a key role in building the next generation of Internal Audit by designing AI-enabled tools and automations that fundamentally change how audits are conducted.
In this role, you will support planning and scoping of operational and integrated audits across business and IT operations, conducting walkthroughs and evaluating process design. You'll perform controls testing across business processes and IT systems, delivering quality audit work papers that substantiate audit observations. A core responsibility is identifying manual or repetitive steps in the audit lifecycle and building AI-enabled solutions to automate them—such as prompt workflows, AI agents, scripts, or data pipelines for evidence gathering, testing, and workpaper drafting.
You will use data analytics and AI to test full populations when possible, identify control gaps, quantify risk exposure, and deliver data-driven insights to management. You'll document and share what you build so the team can reuse it and help shape Internal Audit's AI playbook. You'll assist in producing high-quality Internal Audit reports by clearly drafting audit issues and developing valid conclusions that result in process and internal control improvements. Additional responsibilities include timely communication with audit leads on status and escalations, action tracking follow-up with management for Audit Committee reporting, participation in major business initiatives, and contribution to the evolution of Internal Audit methodology and automation using ServiceNow IRM.
ServiceNow values self-starting, proactive professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments with a culture built on support, loyalty, and honest feedback.
