You will join the Risk Management team as a Senior Internal Auditor, reporting to the CFRO. This is a part-time CDI role (50% or 80% FTE, flexible based on your preference), designed for professionals seeking meaningful impact without full-time commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a multi-year audit plan ensuring comprehensive risk coverage across Seyna's operations with no blind spots
- Lead end-to-end audit missions including scoping, testing, interviews, and analysis to evaluate control effectiveness across the organization
- Produce precise, actionable audit reports and recommendations that drive real operational improvement
- Chair the audit committee, track action plan closure, and represent Internal Audit to the Risk Committee and Board of Directors
- Engage constructively with Risk, Accounting, Underwriting, and other functions to maximize audit impact
- Apply IFACI (French internal audit standards) methodologies rigorously while maintaining operational independence from audited teams
You will be a key pillar of Seyna's governance framework, ensuring the company takes appropriate risk levels while protecting treasury, assets, and reputation.

Requirements:
- Deep understanding of delegated broker model and its specific risks
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory framework (Solvency II, DDA) and ability to assess compliance against ACPR requirements
- Mastery of internal audit methodologies (IFACI) with rigor and traceability
- Curiosity and versatility across risk, IT, and compliance domains
- Ability to understand operational constraints of audited teams and formulate realistic, implementable recommendations
- Strong communication skills: ability to present complex findings clearly in written reports and to governance bodies
