Enpal is Germany's first green unicorn, building an integrated platform for decentralized energy solutions including solar panels, battery storage, wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. The company serves craftspeople and homeowners, powered by an AI-driven platform (Enpal.One) that intelligently networks thousands of systems and optimizes energy trading and grid feed-in.
As an Associate Venture Development, you will play a key role in scaling Enpal Pro, the B2B division. Your responsibilities include:
- Analyze and optimize processes, structures, and operational workflows, deriving concrete improvement measures
- Structure complex questions, conduct root-cause analyses, and develop pragmatic and creative solutions
- Manage projects and process optimizations end-to-end, from conception and prioritization through implementation and sustainable embedding
- Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and dashboards that generate clear action insights
- Lead cross-functional coordination and alignment across competing interests and departments
- Translate requirements between Operations, Product, Tech, and Sales, establishing clear priorities and next steps
- Prepare complex topics in a structured, decision-oriented manner for stakeholders and leadership
You will work in a fast-growing scale-up environment with a diverse team of 65+ nationalities, modern offices in Berlin-Friedrichshain, transparent communication, short decision cycles, and a strong emphasis on learning from mistakes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in start-ups/scale-ups, management consulting, venture building, VC/PE, or comparable dynamic environments
- Strong analytical skills combined with creativity and entrepreneurial mindset; ability to find pragmatic solutions in ambiguous situations
- Drive and ownership; ability to independently lead initiatives to completion
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; comfort navigating complex, cross-functional setups
- Experience with project and process work, KPI setup, reporting, and dashboards
- Ability to structure and translate requirements between Operations, Product, Tech, and Sales
- Fluent German and English
