Harry's, a leading men's grooming brand and part of Mammoth Brands (a modern CPG company behind Harry's, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie), is seeking a Senior Associate for Sales Analytics & Enablement focused on the Grocery channel. This is a high-impact, multi-functional role sitting at the center of the Grocery team's day-to-day success. The role combines deep analytical work with administrative and contractual management, serving as a critical resource for retail customers and co-owning the analytics and insights engine that powers how the company sells, plans, and grows across the grocery channel. **Key Responsibilities:** Retailer Analytics & Reporting (90% of role): Own analytics and performance reporting for the Grocery channel, delivering weekly, monthly, and ad hoc scorecards for Harry's, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. Build and maintain selling stories grounded in syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen), retailer POS, and internal reporting. Serve as the go-to data expert for the Grocery channel, providing ad hoc analysis supporting sell-in preparation, line reviews, promotional planning, and category reviews. Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives that help the sales team enter retailer meetings with confidence. Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities across the Grocery portfolio. Build and refine dashboards, tools, and reporting processes that create efficiencies and scale across the Retail team, leveraging AI to drive further efficiencies. Administrative & Contractual Management: Manage retailer administrative workflows at select Grocery accounts, including trade funding submissions, promotional setup and validation, item setup and maintenance, and compliance tracking. Own contractual obligations at assigned accounts—tracking deal terms, promotional commitments, and retailer-specific requirements. Partner with the broader Retail team and internal stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Success) to resolve account-level issues. Lead the Grocery team sample process, ensuring timely shipment to retail customers and coordinating with the Go-To-Market team on communication. Grocery Data Management Systems: Lead and maintain Grocery-specific data infrastructure, owning systems, inputs, and outputs that underpin how the channel team accesses and uses data. Serve as the primary point of contact for Grocery-relevant data platforms (retailer portals, syndicated data tools, internal BI tools), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. Partner with the Centralized Insights & Analytics (CIA) team and other data stakeholders to align on methodology, tooling, and best practices. Identify and drive improvements to data systems and workflows that reduce manual effort and increase the speed and quality of insights. You will report directly to the Sr. Sales Director, Channel Lead, and be embedded in the Retail team with strong connectivity to the Category Insights and Analytics team. You will partner closely with the Sales team covering regional Grocery accounts and collaborate with the CIA team, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand teams. You will engage with external retailer merchant teams as a data-informed partner and analytical resource. The working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at Mammoth Brands' 70,000 square foot SoHo office in New York, which features bagels on Wednesdays, lunch on Thursdays, fully stocked kitchens, and free products. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree required - 1–3 years of experience in CPG sales or retail analytics, or a closely related field - Demonstrated experience working with syndicated data platforms such as Circana (IRI) or Nielsen—comfortable extracting, analyzing, and storytelling with this data - Strong analytical foundation with the ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights and polished presentations - Highly organized with experience managing administrative and contractual workstreams - Excellent communicator and collaborator—able to distill complex stories into tight slides and present with confidence to internal stakeholders and external merchant partners - Self-starter who takes ownership and operates with urgency and follow-through - Insatiably curious, always asking "why" and looking for the story beneath the numbers - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Experience with retail portal platforms (e.g., Walmart Luminate, Kroger 84.51°) is a plus - Experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Omni, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus - Ability to travel to retailer meetings as needed
