Salary: USD 98,000 - 115,000 / annual
Maven Clinic, the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, is seeking a Senior Associate for RFP & Implementation Projects. This role owns two core workstreams: managing the complete RFP lifecycle for prospective enterprise clients and leading end-to-end implementations for new payer and channel partners.
You will manage RFP intake through submission, coordinating with subject matter experts, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to produce accurate, tailored proposals. You'll maintain a library of standard RFP responses and reusable content in Claude and Confluence to enable efficient proposal development. Responsibilities include proofreading, formatting, and ensuring consistency across all proposal documents.
For implementations, you'll own project planning, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication across concurrent partner launches. You'll partner with Sales, Client Success, Care Advocacy, Product, and Data teams to translate contractual scope into configured, launched products. You'll develop technical fluency around eligibility file issues and data integration to triage problems and escalate appropriately. Building trusted relationships with external partner stakeholders and proactively surfacing risks before they become blockers is critical.
You bring 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally including RFP management. You have a track record of building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and execution. Familiarity with the employer benefits ecosystem and digital health is valued, along with the ability to come up to speed on new product domains quickly. You demonstrate a bias toward ownership, creating order from ambiguity and moving forward independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail are essential. Experience with Claude or other AI tools is a plus.
