As Senior Associate, Revenue Operations, you will be a generalist on the Revenue Operations team supporting Airwallex's rapidly growing US and Americas business. You will partner directly with sales leadership to optimize territory management, close process gaps, and own the tools and reporting that power the go-to-market engine. Key responsibilities include: **Territory Management**: Work with sales leadership to build and align high-quality accounts, supporting customer segmentation and verticalization efforts. **Process Improvement**: Identify gaps across the revenue funnel and execute solutions that increase commercial team efficiency. Drive adoption through documentation, training, and feedback loops. **Tools & Reporting**: Own Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and BI/Looker dashboards. Ensure data quality, governance, and actionable insights for leadership. **Analytics & Insights**: Investigate and structure data to highlight business opportunities, monitor GTM performance, and support leadership decision-making with pipeline analytics and trend insights. **Strategic Projects**: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives including RFP responses, sales decks for key pitches, and QBR preparation. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Partnerships, Finance, and Product to define KPIs, build reporting, and run analyses. You bring 2–6 years of revenue operations, sales operations, or related analytical experience supporting B2B go-to-market teams. You're proficient in Excel and BI tools (Looker preferred), have Salesforce experience (Admin background a plus), and excel at analytical thinking and clear communication. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Preferred: fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS experience in a startup or high-growth environment; familiarity with Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus; proven ability to build processes in zero-to-one environments; comfort working across time zones and global teams.
