As a Senior Associate Launch Manager, you will be a leading expert in Glia's products and serve as the trusted advisor to clients during onboarding. You will manage a portfolio of client implementation projects across their complete lifecycle, from Sales hand-off through successful launch. Your responsibilities include:
• Implementation Portfolio Management: Oversee and support multiple client implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery from initial engagement through go-live.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as consultant, application configuration expert, and project manager, keeping internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering) and external client teams engaged and aligned.
• Value Delivery: Translate Glia's technology deployment into measurable ROI for customers, communicating business impact clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Project Management: Build and maintain project infrastructure including schedules, communication plans, test plans, and RAID logs tailored to each client's needs.
• Risk Mitigation: Manage client expectations proactively, flag alignment issues early, and escalate blockers through internal channels to keep timelines on track.
• Enablement & Training: Confidently train client administrators on platform configuration and support operators through simulated training exercises.
• Process Optimization: Continuously identify and recommend internal procedures to scale service delivery and improve efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or Enterprise-level clients
• Understanding of APIs, HTML, and network security
• Hands-on experience configuring applications or software platforms (e.g., CMS like Drupal, CRM systems, enterprise software tools)
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple client-facing projects simultaneously
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Development/Engineering)
• Strong presentation skills, self-confidence, and enthusiasm
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills across multiple audiences
• Strong project management skills and background in technical consultancy
• Highly collaborative, flexible, and growth-minded with natural curiosity about technology
