As a Senior Associate Launch Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to Glia's clients during onboarding, acting as the face of Glia and ensuring they maximize value from the platform. You'll manage a portfolio of client implementation projects across their complete lifecycle, from Sales hand-off through successful launch. Key responsibilities include: - Implementation Portfolio Management: Oversee and support multiple client implementation projects simultaneously, managing each from initial engagement through go-live. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as consultant, application configuration expert, and project manager, keeping internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering) and external client teams engaged and aligned. - Value Delivery: Translate Glia's technology deployment into measurable ROI for customers, communicating business impact clearly to executive stakeholders. - Project Management: Build and maintain project infrastructure including schedules, communication plans, test plans, and RAID logs tailored to each client's needs. - Risk Mitigation: Manage client expectations, proactively identify alignment issues, and escalate blockers to keep timelines on track. - Enablement & Training: Train client administrators on platform configuration and support operators through simulated training exercises. - Process Optimization: Identify, define, and recommend internal procedures to scale service delivery and improve efficiency. You'll work with clients in financial services, insurance, and healthcare, helping them leverage Banking AI to drive loan growth, increase deposits, and create competitive advantages. The role requires balancing attention to detail with big-picture thinking, strong communication across multiple audiences, and the ability to influence teams without direct authority. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or Enterprise-level clients - Understanding of APIs, HTML, and network security - Hands-on experience configuring applications or software platforms (e.g., CMS systems like Drupal, CRM systems, or enterprise software tools) - Proven ability to coordinate multiple client-facing projects simultaneously - Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams - Strong project management skills and background in technical consultancy - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills - Growth mindset with natural curiosity about technology - Team player attitude with strong presentation skills and self-confidence Bonus qualifications: - Experience working in or with contact centers - Experience training end-users on systems - Background in Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare industries - Project management or technical certification - Prior consultancy role experience
