The company provides a Banking AI Operating System that automates workflows across voice and digital channels, from front office to back office, using specialized AI agents trained on banking data. As a Senior Associate Launch Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, acting as a trusted advisor to help them maximize value from Glia's products. You will manage a portfolio of client implementation projects across their complete lifecycle, from sales handoff through successful launch. Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing and supporting multiple client implementation projects simultaneously - Serving as consultant, application configuration expert, and project manager for internal and external teams - Translating Glia's technology deployment into measurable ROI for customers and communicating value to executive stakeholders - Building and maintaining project infrastructure including schedules, communication plans, test plans, and risk logs - Managing client expectations, proactively flagging alignment issues, and escalating blockers to keep timelines on track - Training client administrators on platform configuration and supporting operators through simulated exercises - Identifying and recommending internal procedures to scale service delivery You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project completion. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or Enterprise-level clients - Understanding of APIs, HTML, and network security - Hands-on experience configuring applications or software platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM systems, enterprise software) - Proven ability to coordinate multiple client-facing projects simultaneously - Experience collaborating across multiple teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Development/Engineering) - Strong presentation skills, self-confidence, and enthusiasm - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills across multiple audiences - Strong project management skills and background in technical consultancy - Highly collaborative and flexible with a growth mindset and natural curiosity about technology Bonus qualifications: Contact center experience, end-user training experience, background in Financial Services/Insurance/Healthcare, project management or technical certification, consultancy role experience.
