Creative Force is an AI-native content production management (CPM) platform trusted by major retailers, brands, and commercial studios worldwide. The platform embeds large language models and computer vision throughout the content creation workflow to automate routine work while keeping humans in the loop for critical decisions.
You will join the AI engineering team to develop and deploy enterprise AI solutions that solve real business problems. Your responsibilities include:
- Study the current business to identify areas where AI can create value
- Design scalable, highly-available agentic AI systems
- Develop, implement, and deploy AI solutions for production use
- Monitor and optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with AI and software engineering teams to integrate AI models into existing systems
- Integrate AI solutions into current infrastructure
- Optimize system performance and cost
- Work with software developers to ensure successful deployment of AI services
- Communicate progress and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay current with latest AI, machine learning, and AI application architecture developments
- Train and mentor junior team members
Creative Force is headquartered in Holstebro, Denmark, with major offices in Boston and Hanoi, plus remote team members across the US and Europe.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years of hands-on AI engineering
- Strong expertise in software system design and agentic AI architectural design patterns
- Solid understanding of core AI concepts: reasoning, planning, RAG, multi-agent systems
- Strong experience in AI evaluation
- Strong Python and FastAPI programming skills
- Strong experience with cloud computing (AWS services: SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, Step Function, S3, SQS, etc.)
- Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures
- Experience setting up data pipelines with cost efficiency and security in mind
- Experience with AI tools and technologies: LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MCP, scikit-learn
- Daily hands-on experience using AI for learning, research, architecture, coding, testing, and documentation; familiarity with Claude Code
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and integrate AI solutions into SaaS systems
- Familiarity with software engineering practices: version control, testing, deployment
- Ability to quickly learn new business domains and identify AI application opportunities
- Fine-tuning experience with generative AI models is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good English communication ability
