Fin (part of Intercom) is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Consultant to lead large-scale customer implementations of its AI Customer Agent platform. You'll own end-to-end deployment programs for enterprise customers, combining project management expertise with hands-on technical configuration of the Fin platform.
Key responsibilities include: leading discovery sessions to understand complex customer requirements; owning platform configuration across automation, workflows, and analytics; coordinating technical readiness activities including integrations, data migrations, and security reviews; managing project scope, schedule, and budget; partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex technical challenges; and maintaining operational discipline through risk logs, structured reporting, and clear escalation paths.
You'll be the primary point of contact for customers throughout deployment, ensuring they achieve value quickly and understand how to measure impact with AI. You'll also contribute to evolving deployment methodology and best practices, and apply AI tooling to compress your own delivery work (discovery, documentation, asset creation).
Success is measured on automation rate (customer adoption of Fin), customer experience scores, on-time/on-budget delivery, time-to-value, and team contributions (templates, methodologies, field insights).
Required: 5+ years in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services (ideally SaaS/AI); proven track record delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and budget; hands-on technical capability with platforms, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns; exceptional communication and stakeholder influence; strong judgment under ambiguity; daily use of AI tooling in your workflow. Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
