As a Senior Agent Operations Associate, you will own end-to-end agent workflow implementations for healthcare customers. Your responsibilities include: leading implementations from workflow discovery through launch and post-launch optimization; translating complex customer processes into reliable automated workflows with routing, integrations, and human-in-the-loop paths; building reporting and diagnostics to monitor workflow performance across automation efficiency, quality, and SLA metrics; identifying opportunities to safely increase automation by analyzing why tasks require manual review; and developing repeatable processes and playbooks that enable the team to scale.
You will partner closely with Customer Strategy, Operations, and Engineering teams, and work directly with customers during discovery, launches, and production troubleshooting. This is a high-ownership, high-learning role that requires deep intuition across AI systems, healthcare operations, and production workflows.
Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of experience from consulting, finance, analytics, operations, technical implementation, product, or related roles. You should demonstrate: ownership of complex operational or technical projects end-to-end; systems thinking and ability to identify high-leverage problems; analytical rigor combined with practical execution; strong technical instincts with experience or ability to quickly learn SQL, logs, APIs, integrations, and agent configuration; and clear communication across customers, operators, and engineers.
