Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to serve as a flexible, high-impact support resource across the executive team. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX or New York, NY, providing comprehensive backup administrative coverage to VP-level and senior executives during planned absences (PTO, parental leave, sabbaticals) and unplanned gaps, as well as overflow support during peak project periods.
You will be a "chameleon" administrator—someone who can rapidly integrate into different executives' workflows, learn their preferences and processes, and maintain seamless operational continuity. Key responsibilities include managing executive calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, processing expenses, serving as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, coordinating ad-hoc projects and events, and identifying process improvements to streamline office operations.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience supporting leadership-level executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity. You demonstrate exceptional adaptability, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust quickly with new teams. You excel at multitasking in fast-paced environments, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and discretion with confidential information are essential.
Bonus qualifications include familiarity with AI tools for administrative efficiency, hospitality or luxury client services background, and proficiency with Google Workspace.
