The Accounting team maintains financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency across the organization. You will join this team as a Senior Accounting Specialist, responsible for the full accounting global scope with a focus on improving tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly bookkeeping of transactions across the organization
- Report on and control entity expenses, ensuring correct coding in accounting records
- Reconcile monthly revenues and coordinate with payment processors
- Approve large financial transactions
- Contribute to financial audit processes
- Participate in continuous improvement projects across the Accounting function
- Manage relationships with external accounting service providers to ensure accuracy and agility
You will work closely with Legal, Operations, and Brand Partnerships teams to ensure every project is properly accounted for and financial data tells the right story. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in audit, accounting, or similar functions (audit experience is a plus)
- Experience with Navision Business Central
- Fluent English (French speaker required per title)
- Proactive, self-starter with clear internal and external communication skills
- Rigorous, meticulous, autonomous, and organized
- Team player mindset
- Other languages are a plus
